Having Fun with HashTags on Twitter

Those of you who read this blog, may of noticed that I recently posted about a website called Twubs and that I had started a group there for the BloggingWire hashtag.

I also have one which is purely just for fun and is for use with a hashtag I have set up for Alternative Song Titles (#AltSongTitle), it all just for a laugh really you come up with a song title and change it slightly, check out the AltSongTitle Twub for some examples of the ones that I have already done.

So if you have a bit of spare tweeting time on your hands stop by the Twub and join up and then start tweeting your alternative song titles, my aim is to get as many people as Twub Members using this hashtag as possible so if each of you join in with the fun, you never know we could just possibly become a popular hashtag on Twitter, now wouldn’t that be cool

Karen, You’re right. I think the Twubs hashtag groups are fun and so easy to track with the widget I see that you have installed. I need to add one of those to my one of my blogs.

Using hashtags is a great way to get your tweets noticed and makes it easy for them to be found in searches. I’ll check out your new Twub in a bit.
