Pfft, of course not! For one, I’m way too focused on enjoying my own content and the people I’ve come to adore than I am with actively using ‘any’ network. Some say that it’ll happen naturally anyway and that’s the best way to do it, but those are the same people who tend to already be huge on all the major networks.
Sure, they may’ve started off small and sure, they may’ve gotten lucky, but if you really want to succeed, it’s going to take some effort. It’s like celebrities. Some of them worked their butts off to get where they are, and others were just plain lucky.
I’m not usually lucky. And social media isn’t really something I care to work my butt off at either. But I’m happy where I am and not being a celebrity (on or offline, hehe), so it’s all good!
